These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the The Presence Of God mobile application ("Application"), developed and provided by Zech Dev ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
The Presence Of God is a Bible reading and study application intended for personal and non-commercial use.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You must not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
2. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its software, user interface, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, original content, and other materials provided by the Service Provider, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Application or its intellectual property.
You may use the Application for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
3. Bible Content and Third-Party Content
The Application may provide Bible translations, texts, references, commentary, or other religious content.
Some content may be in the public domain, while other content may be provided under applicable licenses or permissions. The rights to third-party content remain with their respective copyright holders or licensors.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit copyrighted Bible translations or other third-party content provided through the Application except as permitted by the applicable copyright holder, license, or law.
4. Personal Notes and User Content
The Application may allow you to create personal notes, bookmarks, favorites, reading history, or other user-generated content.
You are responsible for the content that you create, save, or otherwise submit through the Application.
You agree not to use the Application to store or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
5. Optional Subscriptions
The Application may offer optional paid subscriptions, including an ad-free subscription or other premium functionality.
Subscription availability, pricing, duration, introductory offers, promotional offers, and available products may vary by country, platform, and time.
The applicable price and billing period will be displayed before you confirm a purchase.
6. Google Play Billing
Android subscriptions are purchased and processed through Google Play.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable Google Play terms and payment conditions.
Subscription payments, payment methods, billing, refunds, and transaction processing are handled through Google Play in accordance with Google's applicable policies.
We do not directly process or store your complete credit card, debit card, or bank account details.
7. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account and its subscription management settings.
Canceling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable Google Play policies and circumstances.
After a subscription expires or is canceled, premium benefits may no longer be available after the applicable subscription period ends.
8. RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat as a third-party service to manage subscription status and premium entitlements.
RevenueCat may process information necessary to verify purchases, maintain subscription status, and provide subscription functionality.
Your use of subscription functionality may therefore involve the processing of information by RevenueCat in accordance with its own policies.
RevenueCat does not replace Google Play as the payment processor for Google Play purchases.
9. Advertisements
The Application may display advertisements using third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Users who have an active eligible ad-free subscription may have advertisements disabled according to the subscription entitlement.
Advertising functionality is subject to the applicable policies and terms of the third-party advertising provider.
10. Internet Connection and Data Charges
Certain Application features may require an internet connection.
You are responsible for any mobile data, roaming, Wi-Fi, or other network charges incurred while using the Application.
The Service Provider is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile network provider or internet service provider.
11. Application Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Application available and functional, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, network problems, or circumstances outside our control.
12. Updates and Changes to the Application
We may update, modify, add, or remove Application features from time to time.
We may release updates to improve security, performance, compatibility, functionality, or user experience.
Some features may stop working correctly if you do not install required updates.
13. Third-Party Services
The Application may depend on third-party services to provide certain functionality.
These services may have their own terms, policies, and conditions. Your use of those services may therefore be subject to their respective terms.
Third-party services used by the Application may include:
- Google AdMob — advertising services
- RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management
- Google Play — application distribution and purchase processing

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable content and functionality, we do not guarantee that all information contained in the Application will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
The Application is intended as a Bible reading and study resource and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Device Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, and access to the Application.
We recommend keeping your device and operating system updated and using appropriate security measures.
We are not responsible for security issues caused by compromised, rooted, jailbroken, modified, or otherwise unsupported devices to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Termination
We may discontinue, suspend, restrict, or modify the Application or particular features at any time, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to active paid subscriptions.
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
