This privacy policy applies to the ZechKit app for mobile devices (the "Application"), including its tools such as Image Tools, Text Tools, Date and Time Tools, Finance/Math Calculators, Audio Tools, and other utility tools offered within the Application, together with any related services operated by Zech Dev (collectively, the "Application"). Zech Dev is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and UseThe Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The pages/tools of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent using them
- The time spent on the Application
- Your mobile operating system and device type
- Your device's Advertising ID (used for showing ads, see "Advertising" section below)
Depending on which tools you use, the Application may request the following device permissions. You can review or revoke these at any time from your device's Settings.
- Camera: Used by Image Tools if you choose to capture a photo directly within the app.
- Photos / Storage: Used by Image Tools to let you select, edit, or save images on your device.
- Microphone: Used by Audio Tools if you choose to record audio within the app.
- Storage (files/audio): Used by Audio Tools and other utilities to open, process, and save files you choose to work with.
These permissions are only requested when relevant to the tool you're using, and only with your explicit action (e.g., tapping "select image" or "record"). The Application does not access these permissions in the background.
How Your Content Is ProcessedMost tools within the Application (including Image Tools, Text Tools, Date and Time Tools, Finance/Math calculators, and Audio Tools) process the content you provide — such as images, text, or audio files — locally on your device. This content is generally not uploaded to or stored on the Service Provider's servers unless a specific feature explicitly states otherwise within the app.
Advertising (AdMob)The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may include banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads. To provide and, where applicable, personalize these ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use information such as your Advertising ID, general device information, approximate location (derived from IP address), and app usage/interaction data.

You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Data Retention PolicyThe Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
- User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law
- Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you
- Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. ChildrenThe Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. SecurityThe Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Data Breach NotificationIf a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
ChangesThe Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
